There are several rounds of Awards in each academic year, determined to suit the course timetables. Applications are invited in the autumn and in the winter, and candidates may apply at either round.

There is a further opportunity later in the year for Civil Engineering students hoping to attend the Constructionarium Field Course. Candidates seeking support to attend the Constructionarium Field Course may only apply at this stage.

The exact dates during which applications can be made will be announced on this site, and by email circulated to academic staff.

The current timetable for applications is:
Autumn
Applications open: Friday, 19 October 2018 at 12 midday
Applications close: at midday on Friday, 2 November 2018

Winter
Applications open: Friday, 11 January 2019 at 12 midday

Applications close: at midday on Friday, 25 January 2019

Constructionarium Field Course

Applications open: Friday, 15 February 2019 at 12 midday
Applications close: at midday on Friday, 1 March 2019

Please note that there is a specific application form for Constructionarium, which will not be available until applications open.

Unfortunately, applications cannot be accepted outside these periods, and applications received after the closing deadline cannot be considered.
Short-listed applicants may be required to attend an interview, and Awards will be announced and made shortly thereafter.
All applicants, whether successful or not, will be informed of the outcome of their applications.
